Christmas Season Has Arrived at SPIS!
Dear San Patricio families,
The Christmas season has officially arrived at our school, filling our campus with joy, warmth, and a beautiful sense of togetherness. This time of year invites us to look back with gratitude, enjoy the little moments, and share the best of ourselves with those around us.
Last Friday, we celebrated our “Skate & Sparkle” event, where we lit our Christmas tree at Campus Del Paseo. It was a magical afternoon filled with lights, smiles, and holiday spirit. Seeing our students, families, and teachers gathered in one place reminded us how special it is to belong to such a caring and supportive community.
I want to share something personal with you: this event always holds a special place in my heart. Every year, when the tree lights up and I hear the children’s excitement, I feel something very meaningful — the certainty that we’re creating memories our students will carry with them for a lifetime. It truly moves me to see how our families make the school their own and how each celebration becomes a moment of connection that you can genuinely feel in the atmosphere.

¡Llegó la temporada navideña al colegio!
Querida comunidad San Patricio:
La temporada navideña ya llegó a nuestro colegio, trayendo consigo un ambiente lleno de alegría, unión y esperanza. Es un tiempo que nos invita a mirar con gratitud todo lo vivido durante el año, a disfrutar los pequeños momentos y a compartir lo mejor de nosotros con quienes nos rodean.
El pasado viernes celebramos con gran entusiasmo nuestro evento “Skate & Sparkle”, donde realizamos el encendido del pino navideño en el Campus Del Paseo. Fue una tarde mágica, llena de luces, sonrisas y espíritu festivo. Ver a nuestros alumnos, familias y maestros reunidos en un mismo lugar nos recordó lo valioso que es formar parte de una comunidad tan cálida y participativa.
Quisiera compartirles que, para mí, este evento siempre tiene algo especial. Cada año, cuando veo el pino encenderse y escucho la emoción de los niños, me lleno de una sensación muy bonita: la certeza de que estamos construyendo recuerdos que se quedan para toda la vida. En lo personal, me conmueve ver cómo nuestras familias hacen suyo el colegio y cómo cada celebración se convierte en un momento de unión que realmente se siente en el ambiente.

우리 학교에도 어느덧 크리스마스 시즌이 찾아왔습니다. 이 시기는 캠퍼스를 따뜻함과 기쁨, 그리고 서로를 아끼는 마음으로 가득 채우며, 한 해를 감사함으로 돌아보고 작은 순간들을 소중히 여기게 해주는 특별한 시간입니다.
지난 금요일에는 “Skate & Sparkle” 행사를 통해 델 파세오 캠퍼스에서 크리스마스 트리 점등식을 진행했습니다. 반짝이는 불빛과 학생들의 미소, 가족들의 따뜻한 참여로 가득한 정말 특별한 시간이었습니다. 우리 학생들과 학부모님, 선생님들이 한자리에 모인 모습을 보며, 이렇게 따뜻한 공동체의 일원이라는 사실이 얼마나 소중한지 다시 느낄 수 있었습니다.
개인적으로 이 행사는 매년 제게 큰 의미가 있습니다. 트리에 불이 켜지고 아이들의 설렘이 들려올 때마다, 우리 아이들이 평생 간직할 추억을 함께 만들고 있다는 확신이 들어 가슴이 벅차오릅니다. 가족분들이 학교를 자기 집처럼 느끼고, 매 행사마다 공동체의 온기를 나누는 모습을 보는 것은 저에게 늘 큰 감동을 줍니다.
