ENTRANCE GUIDELINES
PRESCHOOL AND ELEMENTARY
A single line must be formed on Av. Acueducto. For the drop-off of Elementary students, enter the ramp (Car Student), and for Preschool students, the line continues until turning on Privada del Lago. (Follow the instructions of the security staff). Respect the access lane to Club del Lago.
Starting at 7:50 a.m., general student access will be through the main entrance.
School staff will assist students upon their arrival, who should be prepared with their respective materials. To expedite traffic, we ask parents not to get out of their vehicles.
Be courteous to the school staff and all members of the community.
Respect the line at all times, as well as driveways and cross streets.
Never drop off a student in a second row.
Access via the main entrance and ramp on Ave. Acueducto (Car Student) is exclusively for students arriving by car; parents who wish to accompany their children should enter on foot through the park entrance. (Please park in allowed areas). For safety reasons, no student may arrive at the SPIS facilities alone.
DISMISSAL GUIDELINES
PRESCHOOL – PN, N
School staff will indicate the start of the line on Ave. Acueducto. The Nemax app for picking up students will be available starting at 12:45 p.m.
PRESCHOOL – K1, K2, K3
School staff will indicate the start of the line on Ave. Acueducto (Left lane next to the central median). The Nemax app for picking up students will be available starting at 1:00 p.m. K1, K2 and K3 students can additionally use the park gate for exiting.
ELEMENTARY
The line to pick up Elementary students will start in the left lane next to the central median. Please wait for instructions from the security staff to change lanes, join the line, and proceed towards the ramp. Once the drop-off of Preschool students is completed, we will continue with the drop-off of Elementary students. The Nemax app will be available starting at 2:00 p.m. Elementary students can additionally use the park gate for exiting.
NOTE
For families with children at various grade levels, they should wait until the last corresponding time.
EXTRACURRICULAR CLASSES
PAP Preschool: 1:50-2:30 p.m. exit through the park gate. Park in allowed areas and line up in the park area.
Athletics Preschool: 2:45-3:15 p.m. exit through the main gate. Start the line in the park area and wait for instructions from the staff.
PAP Elementary: 4:00 p.m. exit through the main gate. Start the line in the park area and wait for instructions from the staff.
Athletics Elementary: 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. Start the line in the park area and enter the ramp on Ave. Acueducto.
Middle & High School
ENTRANCE GUIDELINES
MIDDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL
- A line should be formed on Av. Fundadores. Take note of the student’s grade level to proceed either by Cerrada San Patricio street or by Av. Fundadores (Follow the directions of the security staff).
- Starting at 7:00 a.m., the general entrance for students will be through the main gate.
- School staff will assist students upon their arrival.
- Be cordial with the school staff and all members of the community.
- Respect the line at all times.
DISMISSAL GUIDELINES
SEVENTH GRADE AND 8C, D – EXIT AT 2:30 PM
- School staff will indicate the start of the line on Ave. Fundadores. The Nemax app for picking up students will be available starting at 2:20 p.m. Students should exit through the Middle School gate (CUB).
NINTH GRADE AND 8A, B – EXIT AT 2:30 PM
- The line will start on Cerrada San Patricio street and students should exit through the main gate. The Nemax app for picking up students will be available starting at 2:20 p.m.
HIGH SCHOOL – EXIT AT 3:15 PM
- The line will start on Cerrada San Patricio street and students should exit through the main gate.
